In this time of rising grain prices and with the continuing loss of small family farms, factory farms are consuming massive amounts of grain.  They are producing massive amounts of pollution, and they are putting us all at risk with there irrisponsible use of antibiotics.  Pasture raised meat is higher quality, lower in colesterol, utilizes marginal farmland, and frees our grain production for human consumption and biofuels.  Not only is pasture  based farming  better for our health, and the enviroment, it also provides quality empoyment for farmers.
