My mother didn't realize what a great investment she made when she purchased a set of encyclopedias when I was about age 7. I have always had a passion to learn new things that interested me and intriguing to me. Like wolves. I've studied them and their way of life from that young age. As an adult I have had the opportunity to spend time with wolves in Wyoming and Montana. Part of my admiration and love for wolves is my respect for them also. I have made it part of my life's work to protect our wolves and educate people who don't have or don't care to have a better understanding of them.
Creative, somewhat determined, good guy, maybe too trusting at times. I am very much into photography and have spent three years in Montana/Wyoming taking photos during the wolf reintroduction program.
Not necessarily my chosen profession, I spent 27 years in the banking industry. My dream was to take photos of wolves. In 1996 I had been given the chance to take photos of wolves during the relocation program in Yellowstone Nat'l Park.
Mutual respect for one another (animal to human and vice-versa) usually constitutes a lasting bond. If you do not know enough to reach the level of mutual respect, learn more and more!
What Gives Me Hope

Carol Burnett. She was raised by her grandmother in a one-room apartment in Hollywood. She sneaked in a movie or so when they could and acted scenes with friends. She had determination, stuck by it and made herself into the American icon she is today.
