If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Make a law to change all energy to renewable clean energy by (fastest possible time) give bonus and incentive to business to go green. Massive education programme on how to become a waste free world.Phase out all non recyclable stuff to be replaced by recyclable stuff! Employ and drive the best minds the world has to apply all their learning and might to solve the waste problem. Reduce world population! we are too many lets live realistically.
