If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Hmmm, that's a big one. For one thing I would like to be able to make sure there were no more hungry people in the world and I would make sure every smalltown had recycling centers for everything recycleable. Will have to think more about this one. Oct,2008, Yayyyyyyy, we got a recycle center for plastics and paper finally!!!
