What Gives Me Hope

God, Jesus, people that do and have promoted peace in their lifetime(s),

and friends I have met thru various www sites (except when they start arguing with each other: that just makes me sad.)

If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by

make sure that all citizens of
the usa had access to quality, affordable, comprehensive healthcare (health insurance), find ways to work to end homelessness, and poverty in our country first and then around the rest of the world.
I'd also make sure the sidewalks and walkways were properly cleared of snow/ice so that people could walk on them without slipping and/or falling on snow/ice when they're walking around town, so they wouldn't have to choose between walking over snowy/icy sidewalks/walkways or walking
along the sides of the streets which are properly plowed because doing so can be dangerous.
