My name is Rey, but since my daughter Malaya, at two or three, started calling me "Uma Ley" for "Ama Rey" (lit. Father Rey), everyone started calling me Umaley instead - and I started to love it.

I, together with my wife, Bang, and 2 kids, am an environmental activist, advocating a waste-free lifestyle.

We are part of a local mountaineering and environmental activist group called "SIningYAPak" (lit. "barefooted art") or "SIYAP" (lit. "chirp") for short. Come and join us.
