My Philosophy

Treat others as you would want to be treated however, don't allow others to take advantage of kindness & generousity that is bestowed upon them repeatedly for then they learn not to help themselves.
What has been broken over time, can only be repaired with cooperation of all citizens. Those damages done, it must be kept in mind, will require time to repair with patience, persistance & cooperation of all in order for it to be successful. It is important to remember that if one stumbles upon a road block, it is only a temporary hold requiring all to think deeply to find the solution to overcome that obstacle and proceed onward.

What/who changed my life and why

Many people who have been in my life have influenced me in many different ways. My father who was a vocational instructor at a state mental institution who by exposing me to these people taught me to accept others despite their handicaps. As well, My Aunt & two cousins who have MD who despite their affliction, perservered & persisted to live as normal a life as possible. My aunt was a patient advocate as a resident at the nursing home she lived in. My grandfather & neighbor who were patient, kind & gentle natured for being wonderful role models. My mother who despite my fathers long term illness showed tremendous strength, courage & forged on with life trying to make the best of things for us all.
All of these people have touched my life & by their demeanor, made a tremendous impact on who I am today. I have taken a little bit of everything from each person & that is what makes me who I am today.

What Bugs Me

The destruction of rural areas, pushy people, people who don't "listen", Drunk Drivers, cruelty, Any one that would hurt a child, arrogance, Any one that would hurt an animal, any one that would hurt a woman, abusive people
