If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
Enact some sort of program rewarding those who take even small steps to improve our every day environment. Anything from free clicks to going out and picking up trash.
What/who changed my life and why
There are too many of them, I learn and grow with each thing I do and go through in life.
