OK, Dennis Kucinich dropped out of the Presidential race. I suppose he saw that the way he was blocked from a number of debates and the way the media marginalized him that he should just make sure he gets re-elected for Congress. He can do lots of good there and has raised awareness of many issues that most people were not even aware of. We have to support him in any way we can on his bid to stay in Congress. Even if you are not a constituent of his, he still needs your support.

I know I mentioned Ron Paul when Kucinich quit the presidential race but I was wrong.
I will NOT support Ron Paul because he will not back impeachment which Kucinich is trying to do. We MUST hold Bush and Cheney accountable and at least try to restore the rule of law (and send a message to the world that we actually DO care about human rights and the environment and international law and our own Constitution) and anyone not working to do that is a traitor in my book. He claims the Constitution is the most important thing, but he is allowing it to be destroyed by BushCo and is not out to stop them. He at least is not actively working to destroy it and start other wars like the rest of them (and they might look different from each other folks, but look at their voting record, they all are the exact same.

Mike Gravel at this point is in my opinion our only hope. I REFUSE to vote for the lesser of the evils, and I should hope more people will realize that choosing a person who is bad, but they agree with on a few things or they like the way the person talks but they don't even take into account the person's voting record is a mistake .

(1) co-sponsoring with Rep. John Conyers HR 676, a universal health plan;
(2) voting AGAINST the Patriot Act;
(3) voting AGAINST invading Iraq;
(4) promising to withdraw from the World Trade Organization and NAFTA, & standing opposed to weapons in space;
(5) voting against a flag-burning amendment;,
(6) advocating a 12-point plan to get our troops safely out of IRAQ;
(7) voting to cut off funds for prosecuting the Iraq war;
(8) urging the signing of the Kyoto Protocols to cut down on pollution;
(9) advocating education for all, from kindergarten through college;
(10) urging the creation of a Department of Peace,
(11) ending the phony "war on drugs”;
(12) urging renewal of the environment;
(13) sponsoring H.R. 799, previously known as HR 333, to IMPEACH Vice President Dick Cheney; and now has sponsored a resolution to impeach Bush
(14) abolishing the death penalty.
All of these positions favor the people over the wealthy and well-connected.

My Philosophy	Don't be a jerk! Or, in other words, do as much as you can to respect all things, animals, and people. The old "do unto others thing"
What Gives Me Hope	I know that many people care and as long as the people that care are willing to do something about it....no matter how small it might be, that everything is moving in the right direction.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Require everyone to sit down and shut up.
What/who changed my life and why	My Mom. She taught me to treat everyone fairly, and she continued to do that along with making sure that she recycled and always had a smile for everyone even when she had cancer. She was a fair and honorable and friendly person to the very end. And when you boil it down, that's really all that counts. I would consider anyone a success that can say that they live like that. I try to carry that with me at all times with the knowledge that being like that has a MAJOR impact on all those that you meet. Most of society today could use a lesson or two in that. And the best way to do that is to live by example. She gets to rest from that now, and it is upon us to make sure that it keeps going around in the circle.
