About Me

At this stage in my life I have become a seeker. I seek to change myself and the envirnment around me. Subtle change is best, but there are times when abrupt change is necessary. I like to live a secure yet risky life where spontaneous actions can lead to fun and adventure. By trade I am a writer (published) and teacher (English). I am a mother of two sons and happily single.
Animals have a natural attraction to me and I love the outdoors. My sons and I love the beach as much as the mountains and stay near both. Most of all we love life and sharing it with our family, friends and pets.

My kids, my family, smiling students, a sunrise or sunset and the ocean, and people helping people for the sheer pleasure of doing so.

What/who changed my life and why

The books (trilogy), Lord of the Rings, changed my life because once I finished reading the books I realized that I could write stories just as grand. From that moment of conscious empowerment my life has grown.
