From my heart and soul...

After looking by the outside world everywhere I could, crossing desert, climbing mountains, challenging river rapids and freezing nights, questionning here, enquiering there, observing the so called wises, I did not get all the answers and still was feeling miserable, so I sat down. How does this work, I asked myself. What is this all about? I started a second quest. I went deep inside, meditating. Every time accessing new depth that became high, so flew high, higher and higher. Vastness. At once everything was beautifully alive and full. Beyond inner clouds, sky exist, beyond light and darkness, there is a dance! Feeling bliss and love, looking at this mind driven inexisting world as a tiny ant colony... Busy busy, moving moving... perfectly silly but very useful for the beautiful contrast of inner freedom.

What a laugh!

May we all remember to step back, stop fearing and fighting, drop the rights and wrongs, our little plan, strong ideas and socially accepted obsessions. Things seem really problematic, it is kali yuga. The Whole Life is flowing, it takes care. May we all allow our essence, the greatest One that lie within. No chance you wouldn't laugh seeing this drama we all have created and believing!

Please, relax, stay attuned and laughing... so that what's left is LOVE - Celebrating the true reality of life, oh So Beautiful! Will you come and dance life with me?

No matter what reality seems to be, be peaceful, rest assured it is the best situation that could happen at this very moment. How you interact with everyday "problems" is the greatest opportunity for you to experience yourself as wiser, better, kinder, basically who you really are. Don't allow thoughts and emotions to lead you to reaction. Witness, stay calm, observe yourself, the patterns. Your attention is your greatest treasure, the almighty power. It turns simple pebbles into diamonds. For in which you place your attention into, become fully alive. The world exists in a particular way for you because you focus on a few things. What do you choose to make worthwhile? All possibilities are angles, and exist at once. You can master reality by being present and fixing your attention onto the permanent, at the center, onto the reality of Now. Be the witness, detached, aware... Peace is there

                      UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Unconditional love does not come by knowing, pretending or wishing but by accepting and seeing yourself as you are. Even if you are miserable, if you accept that you are miserable, and allow that misery to be there is bliss. Because the moment you allow it, it no longer defines you. It is simply part of the flow of life and the nature of this flow is blissful. There is nothing that is not part of this flow of nature. The idea that you are separate from this flow and that you are supposed to be a certain way is what causes you stress. If you can trust that you are exactly as you should be and simply become aware of yourself without involvement, there would be incredible freedom. Wild Fact About Me	I have always felt unhappy, disapointed about the way the world is , the lies, the fake, the showing off, since I am very young. I was reckless, stubborn and a wild kid in regards of all this apparent non sense. After teenage struggles, tests and travelling, I went back to study biology, to understand the greatest mysteries from the start I thought...I am still amazed by the Supreme Intelligence in everything! I got a biologist job for 3 years, beautiful friends, gorgeous proprety , a nice life setting up but something deeper was mising. I longed for The Truth! I sold everything said goodbye for good and left follwing my heart as a beacon into the unknown. Many unbelievable adventures later, after few years in random south America, New Zealand and India, in search for deeper meaning: Wow! Sprinkle after sprinkle, light starts to shine, one begin to see. Seek, totally, you might find. Probably not the way you'd expect! Things happen at the right time for the right purpose, known or not. I now know, nothing outside need to be conquered. I have became a fully happy loner, no longer needy, a giver, maybe pocket poor but heartly and peacefully rich. For the nomad life requires it,I am now used to possess nothing and found in this nudity, gratefulness for the "everything" it hides...peace is slowly but surely revealing inside my heart. Nothing, no where, no one can change that, as it has always been inside. Hapiness and Peace are the desidentification, the allowing. It is truly available, now ... every Now So simple... :)
My Philosophy	Allowing - Y E S - gratefulness I consider everything coming up my way to be God's gift, opportunity to practice dharma, vairagya, viveka. No matter what it seems; Love it,love it... -there is a tremendous joy deriving from meditation, experiencing deep connection with everything, it makes selfless service evident and the only way to be truly happy-

If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	They would not be a mayor if a was mayor ;), no bondaries...Oneness, UNITY!
