I am in the morning dew upon the grass
I am in the roughness of the aged oak tree
I am in the wind that rustles the ancient pines
I am in the slightest touch and the deepest
embrace...
I am captured in a moment and lost in instant.
You may search endlessly and never find me.
You may look up and see me staring at you through
the golden eyes of an owl...
You may touch me in the deepest rivers and feel
my presence in the darkest corners of the
Forest...
But never will you behold me in front of you,
for I am an ever moving shadow...
I am the lament of the ancient winds
And the cry of the lonely
Raven...
I am the anguish in the tides and
The longing in the swells...
I am the Rain that falls on your face
And whispers too late...
I am the sound of silence in the Night and
The call of the birds at day...
My sorrow is the wolf's song in the evening
and my elation is the Muse of the rising sun
You may follow my call for eternity yet never will it
be directed at you...
My tears are for the Waters.
My eyes are for the Stars.
My soul is for the Forest.
You hear my voice
You feel my presence
You see my way
You touch my soul
Among the trees and rivers I'll stay
My name will lie upon your breath,
But may never escape into words,

All animals deserve protection from needless cruelty and suffering.
All animals should have the freedom to walk, run, swim, and play.

No one is free when others are oppressed.
We can do better.
Our society should protect the weakest and most vulnerable.
Might doesn't make right.
It's our moral obligation to prevent cruelty.
Farm animals deserve the same consideration as our dogs and cats.
Eating meat supports needless violence.
If animals could talk, they would thank a vegetarian.
It's wrong to cram animals into cages for their entire lives.
There is no such thing as "humane" slaughter.
The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way it treats its animals.
No animal should suffer or die for my breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
If slaughterhouses had glass walls everyone would be a vegetarian.
We have the power to choose kindness over cruelty.
When it comes to suffering, animals are our equals.
Our food choices have the power to change the world for the better.
They value their lives and freedom like we value ours.
Animal rights is a social justice issue
Because it's up to us.

I WOULD"NT..............
Want to spend my life crammed in a cage
Eat my friends
Eat my dog
Steal a child away from his mother, like they do to dairy cows and their babies
Castrate piglets without painkillers
Sear off a birds beak to save a little cash
Lock a pig in a stall so small that she couldn't turn around for nearly her entire life
I wouldn't pay someone to do all these things on my behalf, not in good conscience
Therefore
I WILL.......................
Speak out against oppression.
Be the change I want to see in the world
Inspire others
Speak the truth, from a place of respect and integrity
Be forward-thinking
Never give up
Treat others the way I want to be treated
Make food choices that will respect animals, and the earth.
Live in line with my values.
