I started an organization called F.A.C.C. back in 2002. I began discovering the problems parents were having with the Juvenile Court System. I began doing alot of research into how the system worked and who ran it. I soon placed flyers all over the county, I recieved many calls from parents who had problems with their kids attorneys, being over medicated with psych drugs, not allowed to go to the bathroom. Not given clean clothing, beatings by staff, pepper sprayed, dried in front of huge fans after being thrown into hot showers to clean off the pepper spray! Parents were never asked to sign consent forms for meds. I offered support to the parents by giving them resources, and monitoring what they were doing, also appearing in court with them. The system now has a big problem as far as kids with disabilities! Little education, and parents can't attend IEP's which breaks Federal Laws! I need your help to make changes! All you have to do is join us here, and sign the petition! Your signature is vital for change to happen! Where is all the money the county is making off of recycling the kids through the system?
