Welcome to my Care2! When I first joined this place in 2007 I was totally blown away by how many people really care about the same issues that I do. It feels good to be in such good company. :)

A little about me: I'm a happily married mom with two boys currently living on their own. I love nature, wildlife and photography and any time I can combine them to have some fun .. I'm a happy camper! I love getting my hands in the dirt of my garden and tending to my small pond. I love watching the birds and attracting them to our yard. I participate in the "Great Backyard Bird Count". It happens every February and runs for 4 days. Anyone can do it! It's free, easy and it's fun! Check it out here ... http://www.birdsource.org/gbbc/

I believe in the conservation of our planet's natural resources and the preservation of our wildlife and its natural habitat. Going *Green* is a good thing!
