Yes, I have had a fraud running around. We all have questions. I have not been on the Media blitz that everyone else was in this case. My work is to just be there for a family or friends during a crisis usually regarding sexual abuse. My main role was to help them get a media attorney to handle the press.PI, that they needed and requested, fundraising, donate my books and just advise them about the how the media works. I have a lot of experience with national headline cases and sadly HaLeigh was a hair away from cold when I arrived. She remains a cold case: There is not one person (IMO) that can "claim" they were the reason why HaLeigh was in the news after I arrived, even myself. HaLeigh never made the new. The war made the news. The wedding made the news. The drug convictions made the news. Misty made the news and the ceremony I attended when her reward was increased made the news. Even a purple building made the news. I tried to bring HaLeigh in the news, but media loves dirt. Dirt went down. Everyone knows that. To me, it was a saddest case I've worked on and HaLeigh is still not in the news. History: My cousin, 19, was also kidnapped and murdered. So I am not without experience of a family robbed for a lifetime of his love. My Aunt has not moved on. My family broke apart. Work: I have tons of show from 1992-1999 What you have to do it call networks, such as ABC, NBC, CBS,FOX, CNN and C-SPAN. Almost every news paper in the nation. You have to contact research department on myself or "Richard Streate" and they will pull up. After a few months most online sites purge everything.. How I feel: My honest opinion of sex offenders is they should be in for life! However, that is not going to happen anytime soon. How about tagged. Stick a chip in them with a bracelette for every child in america. If the bracelet goes off - a preditor is nearby. How easy is that? My Work: I work from home on sexual abuse cases. Some go national, some do not. It makes no difference if I am on TV or in a courtroom as long as these monsters are put away. My life experience: I was a victim and now daily I survive. Knowing my cousin would be a husband, man, dad and good friend to all and he is not - is frightening. Everyday I am aware that anyone can be murdered at anytime and you will never lay eyes on them again. No matter what the relationship is at - at that moment - it cannot turn back time and bring that person back. Something we all share. If I, would I, should I, Could I. No you can't. Thoughts: I am all for healing and I am all for building a family stronger not breaking it apart. I am all for therapy and not blogging family trash or gossip on the internet with strangers one does not know. Today the internet freaks me out. Anyone can be anyone, even me. Which has taken place. TV: Instead of being in front of the camera as an expert advocate as I was for almost 10 years, today I am the one behind the famalies to encourage them to look in the camera and just tell their story on a national level. I am also a "private advocate." I have worked high profile cases to gangs rapes in the poverty of the homeless. Prostetutes and the Rich and Famous. BOOK My book is in my PEN name.
