What Gives Me Hope My belief in God, and that we all have purpose, and the idea that maybe the grand story of each of our lives is bigger and more amazing than we can imagine.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Declare "women's" history a part of "general" history (and make it so). Reform education in general, and make psychology and sociology a mandatory part of grade school education, and also give back to teachers the creative latitude they have lost in recent years.
What/who changed my life and why My maternal grandmother, who set me on the spiritual path at a young age. And my mother, who raised me a feminist, and who had the brilliance to ask--upon my declaration that I wanted to be a secretary when I grew up--"Why not be the boss?"
What Bugs Me people who can't "rock the boat", injustice, lack of authenticity, cruelty to animals and people, chauvinism and mysogyny
