If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	open 24hr community resource centres that were open to everyone, providing for every need, eg creche, counselling, cafe, meditation space, book/periodical/art/music sharing, laundry/washing facilities, rest space, garden, kitchen/cooking utensils, theatre space, workshop space...all to be shared non-hierarchically and organised on true democratic/inclusive principles
