About Heather M. McCrae, MM MEd

Heather is a successful Lifestyle Coach for families, adults, and children dealing with Autism Spectrum issues. She worked for several years as a dynamic and engaging classroom special educator with at-risk children and families.

She has an MEd in Exceptional Student Education, is an ordained Madonna Minister, is a second level initiate in the Modern Mystery School, a Kabballist and Shoden-level Jikiden Reiki Practitioner.

Her mission with individuals, families and children, is to combine grounded spiritual principles with common-sense tools to provide relief from unnecessary chaos and suffering. When we surrender to the Higher Will and let go of ego, we can perform miracles!

Heather is an adult with ADHD and depression who seeks to spread the word that we can each accomplish anything we choose when we set our mind in motion, in alignment with the Universal Will.

Moving from a dramatic and tragic childhood to a grounded Spiritual path brought Heather from chaos to personal responsibility through study in Comparative Religion, Alcoholic Family Systems, 12-step work, Analytical Psychology, and classes with the Modern Mystery School. She has studied Chinese Medicine Theory, Fairy Tale and Myth, and is a staunch believer in the Middle Path, as taught by Buddhist Theory.

She is committed to bringing Light, Hope, and Love through her work and looks forward every day to flowing the Light and Love of the Universe.
