You are an Elementalist. Your magic stems from the forces of nature. You might be a forest nuturing Druid, a storm-creating Weather-Wizard or any of the many Elementals, but one thing is sure-- your bond with nature is strong. You can rely heavily on nature to support yourself aesthetically or physically for it lends you both comfort and strength. Your instincts rarely fail you. You are vibrantly passionate but are sometimes carried away by your own emotions. Take this quiz!
You are an earth witch. You have a bit of each of the other elements in you, but still stay your solid self. A very spiritual person who tries to be constantly aware of the fact that my thoughts, words, and actions in one moment have a direct effect on what happens in the next moment. I try to realize that I am always where I am, when I'm supposed to be there, and crossing paths with whomever I'm supposed to meet for a reason. There's something I or the other person is to get out of the moment.
I have some sort of gift of perception, or how I see things. Things, people, instances are neither black nor white, or two demintional. I always see things in color, 3-D and often times, with feeling, if that makes sense. To go in depth would be too long to explain here.
My Philosophy
Always try to be constantly aware of the moment. Where you are, who you are with and what you do. There is a reason you are there in that moment.
What Gives Me Hope
Knowing that I can make an impact, no matter how little, in at least one part of life once in a while. Every little bit helps.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
Make everyon equal. Equal rights in all areas. No one is better than another. That means no one gets discrimiated against, but it also means no affimative action, no quotas. You have to make your own way. You have to prove yourself. Everyone gets an equal shot, but only those who work their butts off and prove themselves will make it. That way no one can blame anyone but themselves. Unless, of course, it is physically documented that you are truely incapable due to some sort of physical disability or mental retardation (NOT to be confused with mental illness...they have medicine for that which enables folks to live normally like everyone else)which limits your ability to compete on the same level as everyone else. Then, you will not be discriminated against, but you will be helped out to do what you can.
What/who changed my life and why
Hmm...Joyce and River Higgingbotham's book Paganism: An Introduction to Earth Centered Spirituality, because it helped me realize that I don't have to hold the same beliefs that I was rasied with-I can have my own and they are just as valid. It gave me the courage and strength to let go of lingering fears and step out solidly as a pagan. And Bianca, a vegan friend who helped me set my foot upon the path of veganism.
HOW CAN WE BUY THEY SKY?" Chief Seattle began.
"HOW CAN YOU OWN THE WIND?"
EVERY PART OF THIS EARTH IS SACRED. EVERY PINE NEEDLE.
EVERY SANDY SHORE.
EVERY MIST IN THE WOODS.
WE ARE PART OF THIS EARTH AND THE EARTH IS PART OF US.
THE AIR IS PRECIOUS. IT SHARES IT'S SPIRIT WITH ALL THE LIFE IT SUPPORTS.
THE WIND THAT GAVE ME MY FIRST BREATH ALSO RECEIVED MY LAST SIGH.
THIS WE KNOW:THE EARTH DOES NOT BELONG TO US.
WE BELONG TO THE EARTH.
THE EARTH IS OUR MOTHER.
WHAT BEFALLS THE EARTH BEFALLS ALL THE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF THE EARTH.
ALL THINGS ARE CONNECTED LIKE THE BLOOD THAT UNITES US. WE DID NOT WEAVE THE WEB OF LIFE. WE ARE MERELY A STRAND IN IT. WHATEVER WE DO TO THE WEB, WE DO TO OURSELVES"

There is more to it, but that is the gist of the speech.
