What/who changed my life and why Youtube video of Stanley Meyers driving accross the USA with only Water for fuel. His HHO fuel cell converted water to Hydrogen using a process called electrolisis. For the past 25 years a gentelman in the philipeans has been driving his car on Water alone. Today the Japanese Gov and local inventors have anounced a car powered by water alone.
