Hello everyone! Im dedicated to my petition site and I want the world to know about what my daughter and I have gone through with child protective services. I want to also dedicate this site to my daughter nichole and other parents that are presently, or have gone through the same thing. Its going on my 4th year with CPS Lord knows that we need them for abused children. But for others like myself, its another story. They minipulated my daughter, they lied to the booth of us, deprived us of being able to see each other. There tactics are slowly taring  us apart. Its monatary incentives placed by the goverment. I have some interesting facts in my petition that you all need to know. They still have her in foster care and its wrong! In 2002 september after my mothers funeral I was driving back from Arizona when I ws stopped by CHP and arrested for a DUI and they took her.I entered a program and had done everything CPS asked me to do but it wasnt enough. They claimed that i never completed a program. I have certificates to prove that I did. My public defender stated : keep that certificate, as well as all of my letters of references from church , counselors, and my close professional freinds. I even wrote down dates,times and things that they have done to me over these terrible years, and how they put me down as well as lied and played to many games with me. They did every thing to me to set up a situation to keep my daughter and I apart.  They change my visit times and even there workers without contacting me. They put my daughter on medication. My daughter   told me that she cant sleep at nite because she misses me, this medication helps her sleep. I was told  by CPS that if if were to get my own place after my program was done that I could start reunification. After my program was over  I  signed up with low income housing and they told me do do three things> get on General Relief G.R which will help me get into a low income housing apt ,where mothers had 3 AA meetings a week and would be tested for alcohol and drugs. A safe haven for single mothers. Well tried G.R and the county turned me down. Then 2nd thing was for me to get a job . The next day I contacted housing Authority{ low income housing dept} and told Delores, I got a job! She said great! Now the 3rd thing is to get a letter from CPS stating that my daughter and I were going to start reunifying. Guess what? My worker stated : No! I cant authorize this! You see there was no chance of Reunification !  They{ CPS) stated that my child is a well adjusted child. I am thinking where do you think she got it from I had raised her for 10 years of her life on my own.  I have more horrible things that had happened to me through the years but not enough room to write it .I  think that she is an easy target for adoption because of her being a wonderful child . I have never abused my daughter ever.  She will tell you that !  I know that I never will drink and drive again  and I am very thankful for those programs but enough is enough!!  I am a very loving, nuerting, and careing person as well as a wonderful mother.  I have tried  to contact the state of calif on this called the ombudsman but they didnt want to get involed. Today im still trying to save my daughter but nothing seems to work. So I am so thankful to be able to share with Care2 Network and the petition site to actually be heard ! Please sign my petition its for a goo cause! My daughter and I will always have our bond and thats one thing they cant take.
