If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Outlaw any animal (or other defenseless person) cruelty by returning the abuse to the abuse threefold.
What/who changed my life and why	Queen Elizabeth 1--she ruled the known world from a position of initial weakness and through her own ability and strength made the world hers---and was not a tyrant.
