I think I'm someone who grows a little every day. I am in love with life and the people I love. Sometimes I'm too sensitive, things I read bring tears. I am not in great shape. Shape for me is round and rather bent. I cannot understand the horrors around me. I hate to read the newspaper because I don't like what's in there. Seems like a rather dumb statement as I do post news in C2NN. But what I put out there helps to keep myself and others informed, as well as being kept informed by others. I will admit I have read more recently than probably in my entire lifetime. I was once told I'm blissfully ignorant - guess that's true as I really would like to see the best in my surroundings. I tend to ramble - who'd a thunk?
I decided to get a tattoo last year, so my son made and appointment for me. The Friday before my granddaughter's first birthday my son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter made the pilgrimage to have the tat done. It's a dove in flight with a peace symbol around its neck and olive branches in its talons.
My Philosophy
We need to live life to the fullest enjoying one another and working for the betterment of the world.
What Gives Me Hope
People give me hope. The more we turn to one another the more we see the good in the world. It's really sad to think that so few people can have a negative effect. We all need to continue to pray for one another and strive to make the world a better place. Hope gives Hope
