If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would make the world a true Democracy, and Socalialize heathcare for all... Shut down every insurance company and put Caps on Medication prices, i would mandate every county to have at least 3 homeless shelters, one for Battered women and children one for Families and one for Men.
