I guess my non-professional passion would be political.  Too many people complain about their political representatives, but never analyze their political views or even bother to vote.  If we don't care who represents us in congress we are going to get people who do NOT represent us.  Just look at the mess of the current administration.  Not to single out Republicans.  Democrats are just as bad.  If we want representative government, we have to DEMAND it and hold politicians responsible when they screw up.  So when you go to the polls this year, don't just vote the party line.  Discriminate and choose a candidate that has similar views to your own.  Want to debate?  Come armed.  All welcome.
