If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would enacts and expand animals rights, animal welfare and nature protection. I would encourage alternative energies and alternative fuel much more.
I would support neighboring country and others to put these into practise!
What/who changed my life and why - I did inherit my grandfathers love in nature and animals- that defines my whole life!
