I am a very open minded and laid back woman, Yet strong minded and determined to make a change for the better whether it be in my life, or for the world. I am extremely friendly but I also wont be taken advantage of, but I am easy to get along with if you should want to get to know me.
Not too much here, I am a mom , Wife, student, new unpublished Author; for now,I have 3 tattoos. That is as wild as it gets I am afraid.
My Philosophy
Live life to the fullest, because you only live once. But cherish your family along the way because they are what bring you up and help you become the person you are later on in life. As for the world, Give back to the Earth what you take away. Treat everything on the planet with love, caring, and kindness..The way we all want to be treated. People, Animals, plants all the same. Blessed Be!
What Gives Me Hope
First and foremost my Daughter and my family, they inspire me everyday. Secondly those who are out there getting their hands dirty and fighting for a change, they inspire me and give me hope for a better future for us, for my daughter, and for future generations to come.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
Wow that is a loaded question! There isnt enough time or enough room for me to answer this one so I will have to take a pass;O)
What/who changed my life and why
There are 2 books The Broken Bracelet, which was about the senselessness that went into encamping and enslaving, and killing Jews. The other is The Year They Walked, based on the 1956 arrest of Mrs Rosa Parks, which spurred 1,000's of African-Americans to walk for freedom rather than ride a bus in Montgomery, Alabama. Both of these books taught me to speak up and to stand up for what I believe in no matter what it takes, and to never judge anyone for their race, choices they make in life, or religion. The other major influence that changed my life was my grandmother, she was the most amazing and compassionate woman I ever knew, and taught me to be strong, and open minded, and above all else to always be there for my family no matter the cost. Today my daughter changes my life, she gives me a new sense of Hope for the future.
This is hard because I have a lot of favorites. Hmm..I've managed to narrow it down to my top 4 Favorites. I hope they inspire you as they have me.

"People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within."
~ Elizabeth Kubler-Ross ~
Where, after all, do universal human rights begin? In small places, close to home—so close and so small that they cannot be seen on any map of the world. Yet they are the world of the individual person: The neighbourhood he lives in; the school or college he attends; the factory, farm or office where he works. Such are the places where every man, woman and child seeks equal justice, equal opportunity, equal dignity without discrimination. Unless these rights have meaning there, they have little meaning anywhere. Without concerted citizen action to uphold them close to home, we shall look in vain for progress in the larger world.
~ Eleanor Roosevelt (1884 - 1962)~
The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
