Kentucky born woman who's returned to Ky after years in the deep south of the US., rediscovering the beauties and joys of my native 'neck of the woods'. City living is great stimulus, but it's gotta be balanced by time spent out in "the sticks' of nature. I'm dreadfully afraid for the future of wild, unexplored Ky and other wild places of the world. So I s'pose that's one of my causes. Contrastedly, I love my cat and my pickup truck 'cause that's how I can get out in the country. So, guess I'm part of the solution as well as part of the problem. Another contrast - I support my self by working in the medical field, however that system is so screwed up and beaurocratically heavy I'm embarrassed to be associated with such an entity. Sure hope this doesn't sound like a term paper or rant.
Kentucky born woman returning to KY after years away, rediscovering the beauties and joys of being in such a glorious place, yet deeply concerned about it's future as a wild place in nature.
