If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	If I could change the USA, every legal citizen would have FREE health care and a FREE education. (Including College or University) Not one person would go hungry or homeless because of goverment/tax funded food and housing programs that provide a standard of living much better than what is provided now under such programs. I would also raise minimum wage of the American workers.
