 I just want to say to your office and people involved, I'm attaching files you need to see.  I have a lot of files from the day they took her until now and that I knew my daughter needed help and I was getting her help. I have never neglected her. She was always loved by Bob and I.  The threatening letter I received from your office was uncalled for and I will show it to be a threat.  What you all do not see is that Amy Kenner does not and I repeat does not have any Idea as to what is going on with my daughter. So many mistakes were made by her when she first knocked on my door.  I also have files from their office and what has been brought to the courts that cps has not done. As I said before I have done all they ask me to. They came into my home on false accusations, because of a hot line call, hmmm that’s hear say, what she did was come into my home and treated me with disrespect. There where 3 people inside my home when this came down, the hotline call was on the 16th but why not the 15th when Amy first came to my home. Amy was there for a reason and that was to undermine my parenting skills and because I threw her out of my home when she entered uninvited by a NOT legal guardian. Amy must have never been thrown out on her butt before. What I’m saying is the truth I have from the beginning told the truth and the paper trail that has been left and other evidence will show your office and people involved has dropped the ball on my daughters well being. And you all accuse me, what I have sent you in theses files are just a couple of things. I have almost a year of paper trails, Amy Kenner’s are lies and deception. The file from My Doctor that Tara Grace case worker asked me to make an appointment for my daughter, hummm a few days before court, the judge looks at it and say's “who is this doctor, I don’t know him and why is our people not involved”, well she threw my daughters well being out the window then by not taking my doctors report serious. I have paper trails from cps and now the commissioners office that the system is neglecting my daughters well being and took her from my care accusing me of neglecting her. Your office did not do a thorough investigation because if you did you would know the real truth ...Please do not ever threaten me again. I know what has been going on with my daughter since this has started until present.  I’m a great mother and Bob is a great dad to Melissa, I have been trying to tell you all along about my daughter. Amy has failed to listen, as did the Commissioners office why? Because this has been personal with her, so she lies to cover her butt, so your office missed the truth and the paper work I have shows many mistakes. They know not what the other hand does. And your office knows nothing but lies as the Governor also. This shows me this system is not at all working and you all have hurt my daughters well being more than you know. I DO HAVE PROFF OF NEGLECT BY THIS SYSTEM, MY DAUGHTER WAS GETING HELP.  WE MOVED FROM OHIO TO TEXAS BECAUSE MY MOTHER WAS DYING. IT HAPPEND AT THIS TIME MELISSA WANTED TO ACT OUT AGAIN, SHE DID AND CPS POINTED FINGERS AT ME.  NO SOONER THAN THEY STEPED INTO OUR LIVES AND MY MOTHER WAS GETING WORSE, ALL THIS HIT ME AT ONE TIME. AMY STATES A HOTLINE CALL CAME IN ON THE 16TH AMY KENNER WAS AT MY HOME THE 15TH, LET ME JUST SAY I HAVE DATED PAPER WORK FROM THEM, THEY STATE I WAS IN OHIO WITH MELISSAS DAD AND WE MOVED BACK, THIS IS WRONG. MELISSA’ S DAD HAS BEEN OUT OF THE PICTURE SINCE MELISSA WAS A 2 YEAR OLD. OTHER PAPER WORK SAYS I HAVE NOT BEEN MARRIED. I have been married the twins dad died when the twins was 9 years of age. Then I meet Melissa’s dad and was deceived by him, seen he was no good and made him go, then I married another man who was my best friend and even though he is gone he is still my best friend. So this just goes to show you their incompetence while doing their job.  Cps took my daughter claiming she had to be taken because her life was in danger, it didn’t seem to be in danger when Amy came to my home on the 15^th. The hotline call was on the 16th so why then was Amy at my home on the 15^th? Melissa also has been good in dating all her paper trails. I have letters from when she was in the forth grade that I have seen and known and have made sure I kept to show to counselors and doctors. As Melissa grew I knew something was wrong. CPS has not and did not take her because she did need help; Amy Kenner called me an abuser, demanded I had to go to their doctors and demanded I do everything they said. With the threat of taking her was there answer for all they made me do. I have no criminal record, I have nothing, and for you all to bend as low to find things on me is outrages. This shows you all have spent wasted time on me and that my daughter has been terribly neglected and is in danger with CPS not me. The things my daughter and I have had to endure from CPS shows their needs to be change so no one ever has to go through this again. Because of people Like Amy Kenner and the ugly monster supporting her. Your office has done a one sided investigation and I do not need a degree to know an investigation means all and every one involved in this case. I just want you to know Melissa is getting worse going to Doctor to Doctor, meds to meds. All the Judge had to do was listen to my doctor, and Melissa would be on her way to healing now. This has to stop and I want my Daughter back. I DID NOT NEGLECT MY DAUGHTER IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM. IM HER MOTHER GIVE HER BACK TO ME SO I CAN TAKE CARE OF HER PLEASE GIVE HER BACK TO ME.

Subject: BLESS OUR PARENTS WHO DRUGGED US!!!



The other day, someone at a store  in our town read that a
methamphetamine lab had been found in an old farmhouse  in the adjoining
county and he asked me a rhetorical question, "Why didn't we have a drug
problem when we were growing up?"



I replied: I had a drug problem when I was young. I was drug to church on
Sunday morning.

I was drug to church for weddings and funerals.

I was drug to family reunions and community socials no matter the
weather.

I was drug by my ears when I was disrespectful to adults.

I was also drug to the woodshed when  I disobeyed my parents, told a lie,
brought home a bad report card, did not  speak with respect, spoke ill of
the teacher or the preacher or if I didn't put  forth my best effort in
everything that was asked of me.

I was drug to the kitchen sink to have my mouth washed  out with soap if I
uttered a profane four letter word.

I was drug out to pull weeds in mom's garden and flowerbeds and
cockleburs out of dad's fields.

I was drug to the homes of family, friends and  neighbors to help out some
poor soul who had no one to mow the yard, repair the  clothesline or chop
some firewood; and, if my mother had ever known that I took  a single dime
as a tip for this kindness, she would have drug me back to the woodshed.

Those drugs are still in my veins; and they affect my behavior  in
everything I do, say and think. They are stronger than cocaine, crack or
heroin; and, if today's children had this kind of drug problem...
America would be a better place.
