If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I'd promote and expand the size of urban parks with a wide variety of native trees, flowers and plants, add copious gardens, and wildlife preserves (Native Species only), eradicate ugly billboards; place strict controls on commercial land developments; ban lethal weapons, i.e., handguns, assault weapons, submachine guns, semi-automatics, and shotguns.
