What Gives Me Hope Seeing the people I've touched with my teachings!
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Pass a law that requires all cat and dog owners to have their animal "fixed" and only those who obtain a permit may breed. This action would help to reduce the number of unwanted and neglected animals!
