If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Make a law that rapists, molesters, and killers never see the light of day again. A law that makes all animal cruelty a felony with high fines that go to rescues or animal rights groups. Dog/Cock fighters a felony with at least 15 years in the pen, and on the National Registry to Never have animals again. That any evidence of animal fighting enough to prosecute to the fullest letter of the law
