I'm rarely on Care2 Connect, but I would love to meet other like-minded people in my area. I've found it hard to make real connections with folks in San Diego (even though I grew up here), mostly because I am very liberal/left (non-religious & registered Green - and proud of it). We wanted to move to the Pacific NW, but looks like we're staying put for a while... so, introduce yourself if you want to chat and learn more.
NOTE: For all that I know "good" people come in many forms, since 2000 I've become averse to those who are non-liberal/left, disinterested activists, and belong to an organized religion of oppression and ignorance. So, keep that in mind when requesting friendship or introducing yourself. Thanks!

(but know... it is an "anti-red" reaction to the 04 election and a bit simplistic & perhaps over the top at times, but still has comments worth considering - and it can be good for a laugh too)
