Many centuries ago the Anasazi Indians of Southern Colorado found a way to capture the oblique rays of a winter sun. They simply built their stone houses against the south slope of canyon walls. The remains of their solar dwellings are still with us today.

Ainsley Jo P. (249)	glitter-graphics.com Just a note to let you know that I'm seeing seeing some improvement in my edema. I've been having cayenne pepper at least once daily--usually, mixed into a bowl of cream of wheat. Tastes really Mexican that way--like a tamale!
