If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Provide incentives to build [alternative] "fueling" stations so drivers could see the possibilities of replacing their gasoline engines; provide incentives to cities to replace aged public transportation with new technology transportation; convert existing defense manufacturing to space exploration
What/who changed my life and why Captain Nemo from 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea because he dedicated his intellect and resources to make the world a better place (eliminate war). However, instead of creating an example in which the world could aspire to follow, he opted to force countries out of the war "business". I live my life using my intellect and resources to create a better world by supporting causes that use positivity and cooperation.
