About Me

Outgoing, bubbly, fun, and passionate about the people in my life. I have experienced many challenges in my life and I have educated myself by living life.
I am currently a Life Coach and Recovery Crisis Specialist and love working with people, prior to that I was a Realtor and before that a stay at home Mom for my 2 beautiful kids who have now blossomed into young wonderfuladults...My passion for music and dance has always been there since i was about 4, when my brother gave me his 45 record player and a stack of 45's ...I grew up in the Caribbean, and love all types of music. I love animals and have bred English bulldogs and my most beloved ones have all died as of this past year, but now I have a beautiful puppy who is half Shitzu and half Maltese, named Desdemona Bella and she brings me joy each and every day.
I am NOW a two time Breast Cancer Warrior, and with that behind me now for a second time, I live life to its fullest, as we never know what tomorrow may bring. And I live life with acceptance, and try to only change the things that I have control over.

My children, music, intelligent humorous, witty people. Love for mankind, animals and the earth.
Waking up every day and seeing sunshine. why i live in AZ ... and seeing the moon at night. Beautiful flowers ...Lush tropical islands, Rain forests.

If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by

Change the educational system..i will go more into that later and Change the way that people view mental illness and empower people to recover and self advocate for themselve in their treatments.

What/who changed my life and why

Their are many people who have changed my life ..way too many to list ..I am constantly evolving ....
My motto ..." evolve, don't revolve"
Becoming a life coach and Recovery Coach is really what has dramatically effected the way I perceive life.
