All animal use is immoral because it represents a speciesist mindset. It causes unimaginable misery, produces Earth's worst pollution, destroys natural habitat, and is bad for our health. If we claim to "love" animals and yet eat, wear, or use them or their secretions, we are morally conflicted and need to ask ourselves why we are not living our *Values*. Even the purchase and breeding of "companion animals" is problematic in that it perpetuates exploitation. We still have an obligation, however, to take care of those homeless millions in shelters but without encouraging more.
BOTTOM LINE: If we hope to end animal suffering, we must all embrace the principles of Veganism—reject violence, exploitation and injustice in our lives including in what we eat, wear, and use—and then most importantly, help educate others of the same. This is the only action we need take to truly dry up demand for all animal use.

People always warned me that my life would change so much with the entrance of my children. What they forgot to tell me it would change more with their departure toward their own lives. ~~Author Unknown~~
