(even though it is no where near Christmas tie this year when I am posting this next poem I found and made a background for, the sad fact is that this poem is an every day situation/reality all year round. This poem is one of my favorites because I think it is so well written and really shows the reality frm the point of view inside the shelter kennel looking out. - THIS MUST CHANGE, THE REALITY OF THIS IS HORRIBLE!)

About Me	WOW! UH-OH. Where to begin...? I am VERY opinionated, out-spoken when I feel it's needed, open-minded, fair, logical, NOT STUPID, creative, imaginative, and many more things that I don't have time right now to type. I like anything that requires exercising the brain. I think that people should NEVER believe what the media tells says as being the full & unaltered truth, ESPECIALLY when it comes too reports about dog attacks!!! I think that anybody that is too ignorant to question what they hear & too lazy to seek the truth out for themselves are stupid & are taking up space & wasting space on the planet. I have NO TOLERANCE for stupid people. Animals are my life. I am committed to trying to change the way that society accepts the mistreatment of animals.

My Philosophy	Which one? My philosophies are so many, and so different, I don't even know where to begin to even try to post an answer to this section. Someone would have to inquire a little more specifically if interested. But I do definitely have a lot of philosophies about almost anything & everything and my way of seeing the world is very unique most of the time.
What Gives Me Hope	animals that have suffered at the hands of humans that still show/have love for humans
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	#1-END ALL BREED SPECIFIC LEGISLATION!!! (it is ignorant discrimination at its worst!) #2-Consequences for animal cruelty, animal neglect, and/or anything hurtful in almost any way to animals would be made much more harsh, less exceptions, no tolerance, etc. #3-animals would have more rights #4-I would try to find a way to come up with some $ for federal funding so that there could be more places for animals to get spayed and neutered for free (especially for anyone who would bring in pit bulls and or stray/feral cats & dogs - sort of a "catch & release" type of thing) #5- outlaw the AETA bill (Animal Enterprise Terrorist Act) that the Bush Administration enacted in 2007. #6- throw G.W.Bush in prison for all of the acts of terrorism he has committed against the American people & for the disrespect he has shown to the US Constitution as well as everything that the USA stands for & all that so many have given their lives for to give to the American people. #7- I have a SERIOUS PROBLEM with the fact that 1 in 3 homeless men have at one time put on a uniform & served this country... Do Americans REALLY support our troops? All of them?
