Ruach HeHarim......Moving Spirit of the Mountains. Creating a sustainable "green" retreat at the foot of Mt Adams, Potoch in Yakima, a place to learn, to teach, to co create a place of spirit and sharing
I live here, with Sasha Sage Blossom, one big Great Dane, four magic cats, and seven Tennessee Walkers. They and the mountains are my teachers.
Last summer over one hundred people came to the land to create a sanctuary, a cob sanctuary, built of dirt, clay, manure, and straw and water. We mashed the cob with our feet, dancing and singing together, and knit the balls we formed into walls. I promise you, the building is a living entity. It breathes. It is a place of meditation and prayer.
gentle, sweet soul, who passionately loves animals, farming, simplicity. A teacher, a loving caretaker of home, friends, children, and the planet. Opening, opening, caring.
