About Me	I am Russian (Georgian)/Irish & come from a very splintered family. My fathers' side , his siblings were all performers. My Uncle George sang the title song in the movie 'El Dorado' with John Wayne & Robert Mitchum. He was very close to Jimmy Rogers, who wrote 'North to Alaska.' He has since retired but traveled the world and still has a wonderful baratone voice. My father was an ace secretary during WW2 and while, awaiting release from the Army , stayed in England where he fell madly in love with Honor Blackman, he was 21, she 17. She later became the Only James Bond girl (in Gold Finger "Pussy Galore'that Bond Never bedded.) When he came back to the US, he briefly met my then, 16 yr old mother and 'had' to marry her. Hmmm, my mother, Irish, beautiful and married 6 times. Dreadful childhood, but very colorful! Her and I do not speak, she moved to Las Vegas, where she has become a professional gambler. LOL My father died in 2002, in a Verteran's Hospital, with none of his 5 children there, BUT all of his teeth! Above his bed? A large painting of Honor Blackman and an even larger portrait of Him, hugging a racehorse at Belmont. Couldnt make this life of mine up, even if I tried. eh, 'Isn't life grand? When ya raise yourself and Understand? Before your 7?' NOT. But, I counsel girls and speak at places where women risk life and limb for Abusive husbands. My rewards are, turning them around in one hour flat! enuff. on. that. ~.~.I lean towards melancholia very heavily, because I take in what I see that is sad and have a hard time getting passed it. I've always been that way. I sort of consider myself a Realistic Pessimist with Hopeful tendencies that border on 'Insisting' that things will be fine, even though they sometimes are NOT. A Puckish view but it has gotten me through some very sad and depressing times since I was young and I' still go with the 'flow' of my Heart.

What Gives Me Hope	Fate in Action
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Have the wealthy give half of their wealth to causes they know nothing of that help the poor. O, do NOT get me started on the Rich. As Lincoln so aptly said "You are as Rich as your Poorest Relative". I think there should be a law enacted that 'forces' the rich to help ALL of their immediate family members. Give their relatives employment, it would cut down on Envy, and most sins. Trickling down to those who did without in order to make way for the Fathead! I detest money, but believe it is better than bartering spuds. Ok? Ok!
What/who changed my life and why	Jesus for his Unwavering Comfort~ especially that nudge I get when faltering~~Abraham Lincoln for his Tender example of Love in the face of Hate~~John Barrymore for his natural wit when confronted by Pompous Ingrates. What A guy!~~~ Dorothy Parker, for her Brutal Honesty as a tortured soul~~~~My Departed Beloved Father-in-Law for his Twinkle & Loving Support~~~~~My son for his Forgiving Nature. And the Strength I gathered from all my enemies who have always waited, with baited breath , for me to 'fold like an old card table'..
