I grew up in the Boston area and have those strong pragmatic New England roots... yet at the same time I enjoy taking the path less travelled.

I want to make a positive impact on the world. I'm driven to constantly make a difference in whatever I do.

For those who enjoy the Myers Briggs personality tests, I'm an INTP. I'm a type 1 on the Enneagram chart. Yes, I enjoy social psychology.

I like to travel to remote areas, though I've done little of that lately, given how much I have been working. In the meantime, I'm enjoying life, loving having two children, and doing fun things like work on Care2 Connect!

What/who changed my life and why

I'd have to say my parents. Combined, they taught me the importance of hard work, high standards, compassion for those less fortunate, love, responsibility, respect for the natural world and integrity. I am incredibly fortunate to have such two amazing role models.
