Im sorry I didnt get back to you, turned the computer off. Im gonna have my granddaughter tonight, shes only a month old so doubt ill have any time alone. But just so you know, Im in pa (usa) and its eastern standard time (does that help? lol)  Ill talk to you soon, just wont be tonight as Jordayn will be here all night. thank you. I cant explain what I felt watching that video, I was calmed yet felt like something was squeezing my chest, close to tears but good (probably not making sence lol) but I feel calmer. cant tell much of a difference with my back (but remember I just had back surgery a month ago, so its not just my normal back pain right now its surgery pains, they actually took bone out of me) but I feel different, that was very nice, thank you, sending hugs
