I had my 2 front teeth knocked out twice - and both times pushed back in!

We the future - We are tomorrow's history
Today is just a memory tomorrow
If I push negativity into the world, it will always come back on me. If I push positive energy into the world, somebody, somewhere, or something will benefit even if it is not me directly. And if I want to make a difference, this is what I need to do.
What Gives Me Hope
That love can be stronger than hate.
That there are open-minded people out there.
That thousands of voices together can make a real difference!

What/who changed my life and why
Two people who really changed my life were my parents - it was through sheer luck of circumstance that for a couple of years one of them was able to home school me, but it was this that enabled me to escape from the worst times I was having and become he person I am today. Also my YaYa who inspired me to always try to be always good and kind and have empathy for others, to have manners and behave like a 'lady' even when you are really p**sed off! To be open minded and loving even when your not feeling so good, when times are tough, when your health is suffering. Her and my grandad both taught me to be strong.
Almost all of my family have, in many ways, taught me never to give up.
The movie 'The Birdcage', though a fantastic comedy, also taught me never to be ashamed of my family.
So many books.
Becoming home schooled changed my life in so many ways for the better. It gave me a chance to get grounded and heal myself, I met the most fantastic people, I gained confidence and learned to love my self - and I got my G.C.S.Es
When my family members died of cancer, it showed me how one such terrible thing can spiral through a family and darken everything. I experienced grief and had to be patient, tolerant and understanding and grow in maturity. My family pulled together and it taught me everything about how to love. It also showed me the shallowness and ignorance in some others, un fortunately.
Ging to college, learning that I can learn, loving to learn, working hard and feeling the progress and rewards, learning about the redemptive power of theatre; that anyone can be helped through the arts. Meeting my boyfriend.
Going through the tough times, learning who my real friends are, going to work - and learning about realism. Keeping my head down - and how to stand up for myself. Seeing how elderly people can be treated in care homes, and how children can be treated in nurseries. Caring for the children I worked with in the nursery - and learning from them so much!
Going to Romania and working with some of the romany children living in shanty towns. No one should have to live like that these days. Making friends, loving and being motivated.
Going to Mexico.
Seeing how my Girlguides benefit from the programme, each other and us as leaders. Seeing them grow in confidence, learning to love themselves, each other, be open-minded and decent and keep themselves safe and healthy - inspiring them to dare to dream.

Don't do to others what you don't/wouldn't like done to you
Talk to old people - they know cool stuff you don't know
Talk to young people - thay know cool stuff you don't know
