If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Ban animal, child, & elderly abuse.. what ever they did to that animal / person they MUST have done to them; make it law that you had to dedicate a minimum of 1 day per week to something you love, social time, & celebration; declare peace with all; share money & food with 3rd world countries; ban any form of judging solely on appearance (racism, sexism, etc)
