About Me After experiencing the revolutionaries Osho Active Meditation, Wahido decided to go in a deep venture to India, for one year, to learn several Meditation and Massage techniques. Once returned to Europe, travels to many countries to continue his learning into the oriental therapies, and in the US to go into the more scientific therapies of the west.

Once back in Portugal he continues his path as a facilitator and organizer of events and workshops directed to the inner self-growth of each individual. Some years ago he decided to dedicate his life to the deep spiritual work with the guidance of Tony Samara and Osho, to facilitate Ayurvedic Massage Trainings and in giving Meditation retreats. The light-energy inherent to everyone and everything, experienced when the heart opens to the present moment, in stillness and silence, is the inspiration and intention with which Wahido shares his knowledge.

In 2005 he is invited to become part of The Samara Foundation and to work closely with the spiritual teacher Tony Samara. With Love and Gratitude he continues this work and shares it in many ways with individuals seeking real hapiness and joy beyond the mundane traps and society's games.

In 2007 Wahido received 3 gift: a marrige, a son and Theriaca. He works intensely with all these new aspects of life and is in Love with all of them.

Wahido is trained in Ayurvedic Massage, Osho Divine Healing Arts (Shiatsu), Osho Active Meditations, Trance Dance Facilitator, Humaniversity AUM Facilitator and Peace Meditation Ambassador, Life Coaching, Personal Training and The Body Mirror System.

He carries two spiritual masters in his Heart: Tony Samara and Osho. Without the constant presence of these two energies Wahido wouldn't be where he most enjoys being: with the ones he truly Loves. For him the most intense training in life is experienced in daily activities, with his co-workers and family and in the presence of Tony Samara.
