What Gives Me Hope my kids, fantastic works of art and music, the beauty and resiliancy of nature, celebrities who use their celebrity to make a positive difference in this world, and just anyone striving to make positive change for the better
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by work to change the way we human adults look at our planet, its environment, creatures and our relationship to it all; find and implement ways to make this world a peaceful, safe, clean and self-sustaining place for us all; protect, and nurture children, improve their health and education; raise the status of animals, protect them and improve their lives; improve the lives of the elderly and women, especially single mothers, so they have a better chance at a better life in this world
What/who changed my life and why My Mom: showed me what a really good mom is, thru thick and thin, she was there for me and then my kids, too; My Kids: they give me hope for this world, I Love them soooo much!Greenpeace - I immediately got involved in the issue of whaling (late '70s) - this started me off on my lifelong environmental/animal/vegetarian activism. The movie "Braveheart", I had an immediate and emotional connection - now I've found my Scottish roots, Aye!
