About Me I spend alot of my time in Central America. I need the ocean and warm sand and summer all year long. I need a place where materialism and consumerism do not exist but where love and loyalty of family, and friends and a deep spirituality do exist. There is no measuring stick (physical appearance, possessions, social status)here; everyone is accepted on character alone. There is a gentleness here and an acceptance that I gravitate toward.

I am kinesthetic; I think best while running or riding a bicycle. Physical activity makes me feel free and positive and energetic so I happily run barefooted in soft sand everyday.

I am a nurturer. I want to protect and nourish animals and plants and old people and young children and the impoverished - all beings dependent on the love and generosity of those more fortunate and able. Much of every day is motivated by that desire to nurture. I would never run on the beach without my bare-eyed cockatoo and my two retriever puppies because they love it and need it even more than I do. Their joy and exuberance gives me great joy. I have rescued 12-15 cats when each of them were starving, abandoned kittens. I feed and medicate many homeless street dogs. I was given three 4 day old baby squirrels to care for and did so with great pleasure. I released them into the wild when they were capable of caring for themselves. I have many turtles wandering around in my backyard. I give money to many orphanages or old persons who come to me for help. I sincerely believe that we are all on this earth as part of a community that can only thrive and flourish if we all practice loving generosity, faith and trust in each other. To live only for one's self is not only tragic for the individual but also a potential death sentence for this planet and its inhabitants. All there is is love; we all thrive when we give it and receive it and base all our decisions and choices on it.
