FOR SIGNING ALL THE PETITIONS BUT AM MOST GRATEFUL ON THE INDIAN ONE. I HAVE A PERSONAL FRIEND WHO LIVES NOT FAR FROM ME THAT WAS FORCED TO GO TO ONE OF THESE SCHOOLS. SHE WAS 8 YEARS OLD AND SO WAS HER FRIEND. HER FRIEND LAY IN A BED ALL NIGHT SICK WITH NO HELP GIVEN BY THE ADULTS. ALL MY FRIEND COULD DO WAS HOLD HER HAND AND SING SOFTLY TO HER IN THEIR INDIAN WORDS. IN THE MORNING SHE WATCHED AS HER FRIEND WAS TAKEN OUTSIDE IN THE BLANKET THAT HAD COVERED HER AND PUT INTO AN UNMARKED GRAVE WITH NO CEREMONY. MY FRIEND HAS THIS FOR A CHILDHOOD SCHOOL MEMORY!! FORGIVE ME IF I SEEM A BIT FRUSTRATED DUE TO LACK OF SIGNATURES, BUT NO CHILD SHOULD DIE LIKE THAT BUT SHE WAS INDIAN SO SHE DID. MY FRIEND IS ALIVE TODAY WHO ENDURES THIS MEMORY, THIS ISN'T ANCIENT HISTORY!

AND FOR MY GOOD MORNING SONG....THANKS FOR A STROLL DOWN THE MEMORY LANE. I SAW THE PLAY HAIR IN NYC THE YEAR IT WAS CAME OUT.
MY AUNT EM USE TO HAVE ME STAY WITH HER FOR THE WEEK BEFORE THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY AS SCHOOL WAS OUT, SHE WAS IN HER SIXTIES THEN BUT SHE DIDN'T SIT STILL. SHE HAD ME UP THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING, OVER TO RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL, OUT TO EAT, STATUE OF LIBERTY, AND ONE YEAR SHE HAD TICKETS TO SEE "HAIR". I SAID AUNT EM ARE YOU AWARE THAT THE ACTORS TAKE THEIR CLOTHES OFF? SHE SAID, YES, WHY WILL THAT BOTHER YOU? LOL ME THE TEENAGER THOUGHT THAT WAS FUNNY...SO OFF WE WENT TO SEE HAIR...SHE WAS GREAT FUN. I MISS HER.
