If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by trying to abolish most of the laws having to do with "victimless crimes," i.e. one's personal choice to use whatever drugs one chooses (so long as no one else is harmed), any 2 adults choosing to engage in consentual sex; also, i would use the Constitution and Bill of Rights to guide the actions of myself and all government employees serving below me.
What/who changed my life and why Jesus Christ changed my life, for obvious reasons that i shall not go into here. to a small (but hopefully lasting) extent, "The Passion of the Christ" also changed my life by renewing my faith in the aforementioned invididual.

Thank you for adding me to that group about rats. Really, I think they are underrated and stereotyped as cruel, diseased rodents but I know many people have them as pets. Like a cat or dog. It's good you take action to show your concern.
